Since Covid I have found it hard to sleep so have started using sleep mist I swear by them now

I apply the essential oils and put my milk pad over it so it does not wipe off. I always choose oils that are safe for the baby’s mouth. So please be careful while picking the right oil for breastfeeding.

I bought this to replace a bath and body works scent I used to use. It is very comforting for nighttime. I use this product frequently and love how just a couple of sprays leave a wonderful scent; I spray it on the bedding sheets and pillows. After a few nights of using this, I had an easier time falling asleep.
