I’m so lucky to be so close to their store, whenever I’m in the area I go in. Their palo santo wash and basil hand cream are in all our bathrooms. And the tea blends never disappoint.

Book a table for two at Royal Lancaster London for me and hubby only for the kid to get a drastic cold aka we had to stay home and order pizza instead. Made the most of what we had, sometimes you just have to let life interfere in your plans and take it as it is.

After trying Ashwagandha in powder and pill form I know this works for me but the powder option might be out for now since it’s a bit harder to take as I’m not that big on shakes/smoothie bowls. The spray one might be the holy grail for me…

We never have a Sunday without my staple pancakes and this year we decided to go for the Tiptree bus advent, the only advent calendar we bought this year. So worth it! And the lil jars are so cute!

Can you recommend a good retinal cream? I’m in my mid 30’s and except for one or two annual professional cleaning I don’t do that much. I have a simple routine, a light serum and a moisturizer but lately my skin texture seems to be somewhat changed. Thx xoxox

I’m all for experiences for Galentine Day! We’ve had spa days, dining in the dark at Dans le Noir, a day at the theater. This year we went for a sourdough class – we’re all over 40s – and dare I say it, the best experience so far, we all went home with bread made by us.

I keep seeing a million ads for meal prep services. I feel like this is a very popular service but I still find it odd, mostly perhaps I like to either order in or cook it myself and eat it fresh, not a fan of leftovers. I’ll have to sign up for a trial, I’m really curious if I could get used to it, it could save me a lot of money and time in the long run.
